Cancel an order

If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can press “cancel” and the ordering process is automatically interrupted.

Return policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

It is clarified that the returned products must not be used, damaged, washed, modified or damaged and the labels accompanying the product should be present, just as they were when you received it along with the retail receipt or invoice. You should also be contacted by e-mail to the info@panagiotidis-fashion.gr to give you instructions and a return code.

If the appropriate product you wish (e.g. larger size) is not available, we refund your money or the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to your account and can be used in any new order you wish.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and beauty products (cosmetics, perfumes and make-up products) are not returned in any case.

In all the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.

Policy of Changes (clarification)
For the Change of a non-defective (normal) product, the return cost is borne by the www.panagiotidis-fashion.gr , while the cost of resending the item you choose for replacement is borne entirely by the customer with € 5. (In the event of a second change, the costs shall be borne entirely by the customer)
In case of return of the garment with a parallel refund request, you make the refund of the package at your own expense with any shipping you want and we, we credit your account with the amount you paid reduced by (- minus)€4, i.e. you lose the bonus of free shipping (purchase over €50) or the shipping you paid (for purchase less than €60), with which we pay on your behalf the shipping company.

Defective product

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product the www.panagiotidis-fashion.gr will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no extra cost to you. However, you should inform us by e-mail at info@panagiotidis-fashion.gr to send you instructions for the return of the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an equivalent product upon request or we can refund you the money.

The www.panagiotidis-fashion.gr does not have a warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear, misuse and destruction when removing labels.
For any return of the product, it is necessary to fill in the relevant VAT form, which is posted on our website.
